About this Event

The Mindful Living Team at Mangalam Center presents Mindful Jams – A new drop-in meditation series hosted via Zoom Mondays at 6:00pm-7:00pm PDT. Each week we will begin with a grounding practice bringing us to the breath and the present moment. Then we’ll flow into a different mindful practice from movement to music!
