Life can be so hectic that we find ourselves longing for silence or space.
We want a moment for ourselves, with nothing else to focus on but well-being.
Here at Mangalam Center we have something for you: at lunchtime a mindfulness practice. We offer a half hour of Tibetan Yoga and a simple Full Presence Mindfulness breathing practice.
Through physical movements that activate energy, Kum Nye integrates body and mind in a gentle way. Through breathing with full presence, we open a window into how we experience the world.
The practice is 30 minutes long, enough for you to notice the difference in your being. Make this time into your own sanctuary.
